    US customers will receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours of completing this form. Please follow the instructions contained in that email to fix the label to your shipping carton and send your package as soon as possible to avoid a delay in completing your redo. 

    Canadian customers will receive instructions in the confirmation email you get immediately after submitting this order. Please send the original job back as soon as possible to avoid delay in completing your redo.

    Rudy Project is not responsible for frames lost in transit if the prepaid shipping label or an untraceable shipping carrier is used.
